OUR PROCESS

Before beginning a search we develop an understanding of the company, the culture of the company and the culture at the specific location.  This enables us to search for candidates whose qualifications and personality mesh with the company philosophy.  We feel it's extremely important to make sure we present candidates who not only have the education, experience and skill sets required, but also possess the intangible qualities necessary to be successful in a specific position and specific company. We also want to have an understanding of the candidate's motivation for making a move.

A successful search is preceded by our complete understanding of the duties and responsibilities of the position and the qualifications required of the successful candidate. 

We develop a thorough research plan and target the types and sizes of companies from which to recruit.  A search of our proprietary database is performed identifying potential candidates and referral sources.  We also review similar past search assignment material along with directories and other sources to identify potential candidates.

The candidates' qualifications are discussed with the client and interviews are set up for the selected candidates.  We provide post interview feedback to the client and the candidates.

After the client selects the candidate they wish to pursue, we recommend an offer amount to the client, extend the offer and determine the start date.

We then follow up with the client and candidate to ensure things are going smoothly and assist with any adjustment problems that may occur.
